WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN/CHECKOUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?
Check in from 3pm onwards. Check out is 12pm. Late check outs can be arranged at €25 per additional hour and can be arranged with reception. Please note that this is subject to availability.
CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE IN RECEPTION IF I ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK IN?
Yes, residents can store their luggage free of charge.
HOW DO I BOOK USING A VOUCHER?
To book using a voucher please have your voucher number to hand and contact our reservations team on +353 (91) 563173 or by email at email@example.com
. Your voucher will be required on check in as a method of payment.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING AROUND THE HOTEL?
We offer discounted parking at The Q Carpark on Merchants road if parking for 24 hours or more inside the Eyre Square Shopping Centre. Bring your parking ticket to reception for validation.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
Yes, wifi is exclusively for guests and available in all bedrooms and throughout the hotel.
DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. Your card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless we require a security deposit prior to arrival (group bookings only). Credit card maybe used for a pre-authorization.
WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel a room free of charge. If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first night’s stay. This applies to bookings made directly on our hotel website, or bookings made over the phone. Our cancellation policy for race week is 7 days. For third party bookings, please consult the website.

We accept licensed service animals only.

CAN I REQUEST A SMOKING ROOM?
Please be aware we are a non-smoking hotel! Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in a room will be subject to a fine of €200.
HOW MUCH IS BREAKFAST?
Breakfast is from €10.00 per person, if not included in rate.
IS THERE ENTERTAINMENT OFFERED IN THE HOTEL?
